Armenian Poker Federation is trying to coordinate and unite all parties concerned in the development of poker in Armenia and the recognition of its status as an intellectual sport, as well carries out work for holding open tournaments in Armenia.
In early 2010 “The Armenian Poker Federation” non-governmental organization applied to the International Federation of Poker (IFP) with a request to be accepted to the members of the mentioned federation and by the unanimous decision of IFP presidium dated 06 JUL 2010 was officially accepted to the membership and became a full member of the International Federation of Poker.
